6. Client Project Data & Confidentiality

7. Payment Information

We accept payments via Visa, AMEX, PayPal, and bKash.

We do not store, see, or have access to your full card or payment details. All payments are processed directly through the secure gateway of the relevant payment provider (e.g., PayPal, bKash, or our payment processor's card gateway). We only receive confirmation that a payment was made, along with basic transaction details such as amount and date.

8. Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:

• Enquiry form submissions: kept for up to 12 months if no project moves forward, so we can follow up or re-engage
• Client project data: kept for the duration of our working relationship and for a reasonable period afterward (typically up to 3 years) for support, reference, and legal/accounting purposes
• Analytics data: retained according to the default settings of Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel, which you can review in their respective policies

You can request earlier deletion of your data at any time (see Section 10).

9. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including secure hosting, restricted access to client data, and standard website security practices (like SSL encryption on our site).

That said, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure. While we work hard to protect your data, we can't guarantee absolute security.
