DMCA Policy

Effective Date: 09 June, 2025

Appdeel is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and requires its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established a procedure for reporting instances of copyright infringement and addressing them promptly and appropriately.

If you believe that content hosted on or accessible through AppDeel infringes upon your copyrighted work, you are encouraged to submit a proper DMCA notice to us. This notice must be written and include specific information to be considered valid. The information should include a clear and detailed description of the copyrighted material you claim has been infringed, as well as a description or URL showing the location of the allegedly infringing content on our website. In addition, you must include your name, address, telephone number, and a valid email address so we can contact you regarding your claim.

You must also include the following two statements: (1) that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (2) that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner of the copyright or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. Your notice must also include your physical or electronic signature.

Please send your complete DMCA notice to:
Email: admin@appdeel.com

Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will take the necessary steps to investigate the claim. This may involve removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material. If the content is found to be in violation of copyright laws, it will be permanently removed from our site. In cases involving repeated infringement, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at our sole discretion.

If you believe your material was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notice must be in writing and include your name, address, phone number, and email address; a description of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed; and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification. You must also agree to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if outside the United States, to a judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and include your physical or electronic signature.

We take copyright infringement seriously and aim to handle each claim responsibly, fairly, and in full compliance with applicable legal standards. If you have any questions or require assistance regarding the DMCA process, please contact us at the email address provided above.
